Richard is a native of Uganda and co-founder and partner at Sango Capital based in Johannesburg. He is a co-host of the Faith Driven Entrepreneur Africa Podcast. Previously, Richard was a partner at Makena Capital where he helped invest US$15 billion into over 300 funds and co-investments across all major public and private asset classes globally. He also was a partner at Bridgewater Associates, a US$150 billion global hedge fund founded by Ray Dalio. Richard is consistently on the forefront of emerging and frontier markets, anticipating and exploring new geographies, investment themes, and tactical asset allocation strategies.
Ndidi started her career as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, working in Chicago, New York, and Johannesburg. She returned to her native country of Nigeria to serve as the pioneer executive director of FATE Foundation, supporting young entrepreneurs to start and scale their businesses. Ndidi is an entrepreneur and investor deeply involved in the flourishing of Africans. She's the co-host of the Faith Driven Entrepreneur Africa Podcast and the chair and founder of Sahel Consulting. Ndidi serves as a Board Member of the Africa Philanthropy Forum and the Rockefeller Foundation.
Hailing from Nigeria, Efosa is a thought leader of economic development and prosperity and a co-host of the Faith Driven Entrepreneur Africa Podcast. He leads the Global Prosperity research group at the Clayton Christensen Institute for Disruptive Innovation. Efosa’s work has been published by the Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, the Guardian, Forbes, and more. He speaks regularly on innovation and has presented his work at conferences and institutions around the world.
