Charles provides advice and facilitation with the value of businesses seizing opportunities for growth and mitigating risk to protect value. He is valued for determining and developing market strategy, sustainable revenue and profitability, impacting organizational culture, and forming lasting stakeholder partnerships.
Charles is a Tutu Leadership Fellow with the African Leadership Institute (AfLI) and the University of Oxford, and a Fellow of the Crans Montana Forum of New Leaders for Tomorrow.
