Driven by her belief in quality education, Lindiwe founded, and is currently CEO of, Africa Teen Geeks, the largest computer science non-profit organization in the continent. Teen Geeks equips students across socio-economic classes with the skills, resources, and experience to obtain jobs in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). Lindiwe is also the founder and CEO of Apodytes (Pty) Ltd, an award-winning software development company that specialises in software development and game development, 3D animations, and simulations for training in the defence, transportation, mining, aerospace and education sectors.
